Nelson Communities was founded in 2017 to create safe, clean and affordable housing for people in all walks of life. Nelson operates multiple communities throughout the United States, and we pride ourselves in investing in our communities to create a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents to live.

In order to alleviate the pressures of the affordable housing crisis, we put focus on providing homeownership opportunities for people that may have been overlooked in the past or have been priced out of the conventional housing market.
